The Ivy Restaurant carries the day at Regent Select, and at Manong the table moves out into the bush — arranged personally rather than handed to a timetable. Some guests eat early and sleep well; others want breakfast at ten and a long lunch after. Both are done properly here.

The Ivy Restaurant
One dining room that carries the whole day. Breakfast arrives at your own pace, coffee drifts easily into the afternoon, and evenings settle into a relaxed dinner — every meal of your stay taken without ever leaving the property.
When you would rather be outside, the terrace and gardens run beside the pool, so a morning paper with coffee or an early drink can be had in the open air.

The restaurant and the bar
The restaurant and a fully licensed bar sit at the centre of the camp, and they run to your hours rather than the lodge’s. Breakfast before a game drive, lunch in the shade of the trees, and something cold poured the moment you are back from the bush.
Private lounge areas are set aside for the quieter moments, and the terrace is where most afternoons disappear to.

Bush dining & the boma
The table moves to wherever the day happens to end.
Bush breakfasts while the reserve is still cool, lunches under the trees, picnics packed for the drive, sundowners as the sun drops, and dinners laid out in the open as the light goes — the evenings Manong is remembered for. Afterwards, the boma and its fire pit keep the night going: a last drink, the fire, and the sounds of the bush around you.
